ACME, a news-based company with hundreds of websites, faced challenges in securing its content-heavy, minimal-input sites where traditional penetration testing was impractical. Concerned about potential brand damage from site compromises, ACME thought monthly automated DAST scans. However, the large number of links and limited functionality caused prolonged scanning times. Leveraging its deep expertise in DAST scanners, Blueinfy devised a method to test each functionality only once, significantly reducing scan times while maintaining accuracy. Blueinfy also tailored the scanner to ACME's specific technology and provided the results in CSV format, ensuring efficient, accurate, and easily integrable security insights into ACME's systems.
